THE HUNT'S | Decatur IL Maternity | Fairview Park, Decatur, IL

Because I am more of a lifestyle & documentary photographer, I don't do many maternity sessions.  It's not in my wheelhouse, but I am always up for a challenge!  So, when Kristen reached out to me, I decided to go for it!  I also had never done a session early in the AM either, so I knew this would be one for the books!

Kristen & Jason are a super fun, laid back couple, which is completely NOT how their fur baby Scout is!  He was hilarious throughout the whole session and was perfectly content playing fetch with his kong while we were at Fairview Park in Decatur, IL.  While he ran and played, we chatted about their upcoming bundle of joy, due in September!  They decided not to find out the sex of the baby until it arrives, which I think is SO neat!  

For their session, we captured some family moments -- some posed and unposed -- some with Scout and some without.  We kept it easy breezy cool, and it was a great morning!
