COFFEE TALK TUESDAY | Meet my Second

Most of my wedding clients know that I offer a secondary photographer for the big day.  Being that my focus is documenting the day as a whole, having the second photographer helps me feel at ease that I haven't missed a thing!

So, I introduce you to my primary/preferred secondary photographer... Craig.  Also know as my husband!  Yes, I work with my husband.  He is very talented, takes direction well (which helps since he has a really particular boss :] ) and has a very likable personality, which is great for the big day!  I wanted to take a moment to introduce him, give him a Q & A for all to see, and let him take the reins for a bit!  So, here we go!

SO, YOU WORK WITH YOUR WIFE.  HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THAT?

I don't know, it's almost like a date night.  It's a night away from our kiddo, having fun.  That's it.

WHAT IS YOUR DAY JOB?

Right now it is wrangling a toddler.  Come August, it's wrangling 11 year olds.

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU GROW UP? (HA!)

Rich.

I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU A GIFT CARD WITH $500,000 ON IT.  WHERE ARE YOU GOING TO SPEND THE MONEY?

Wherever I want!  I don't know where that is... I would probably buy a car that can go topless, a house, and a bunch of computer stuff.  I might save a little bit for retirement, but I doubt it.

WHAT DO YOU ENJOY THE MOST ABOUT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY?

Oh, these naive kids...  Kidding!  Honestly, just how differently one wedding is from the next.  You can see how everyone's dreams are so different, and you get to be apart of keeping that memory alive.

WHAT ARE THE TOP 3 THINGS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST?

Go skydiving.  I want to go on a huge vacation and not worry about paying that bill when I get back.  And I don't know a third... would probably be to have a job where I didn't have to work -- just having fun all the time.

NOW FOR THE BURNING QUESTION... TOILET PAPER ROLL... UNDER OR OVER?

UNDER so the friggin' kid doesn't unroll the whole thing!  I would prefer that my wife actually just put it on the roll instead of letting it sit on top.

IF YOU COULD HAVE ANY SUPER POWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

Relaxing.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?  LEAST FAVORITE?

My favorite food is pepperoni pizza.  My least favorite food... hmmm... mushrooms.  But that's not even entirely true because I'll eat them sometimes.  Whatever that steak crap was I got at Olive Garden one time.  (haha!)

I'll be a little more serious with your wedding pictures than I am with this blog post... unless you're not in to that.  :)  I would also say that you won't be disappointed because you have a super critical eye with me, and Amber is a fantastic photographer.
